All subscriptions are subject to technical feasibility and optical signal loss validation at the customer premises. A standard one-time optical fiber installation fee of ৳1,000 applies for cable drop and Optical Network Unit (ONU) router configuration. Subscribers must settle connection charges and the first month's package bill before live service activation.
সকল নতুন সংযোগ গ্রাহক প্রাঙ্গণে টেকনিক্যাল সম্ভাব্যতা ও অপটিক্যাল সিগন্যাল যাচাই সাপেক্ষে সক্রিয় করা হয়। ক্যাবল ওয়্যারিং ও ONU রাউটার কনফিগারেশনের জন্য এককালীন ১,০০০ টাকা ইনস্টলেশন ফি প্রযোজ্য। সংযোগ চালুর পূর্বে সংযোগ ফি ও প্রথম মাসের প্যাকেজ বিল অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
2. Billing & Invoicing Cycle২. মাসিক বিল ও ইনভয়েসিং
Omega Network operates on an advance calendar-month billing cycle. Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and must be cleared on or before the 5th calendar day. Accounts with outstanding arrears after the due date are subject to automated temporary suspension by our core billing RADIUS servers until cleared.
ওমেগা নেটওয়ার্ক প্রতি ক্যালেন্ডার মাসের শুরুতে অগ্রিম বিলিং চক্র অনুসরণ করে। প্রতি মাসের ১ তারিখে বিল তৈরি হয় এবং ৫ তারিখের মধ্যে তা পরিশোধযোগ্য। নির্ধারিত তারিখের পর বকেয়া থাকা সংযোগ বিলিং সার্ভার দ্বারা সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত হতে পারে।

Subscribers can settle invoices securely via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or direct bank transfer through our self-care portal and Android app. Cash settlements may only be made directly at our Bayazid Thana Road office against official money receipts. Always verify your Customer ID (e.g. ON-XXXX) when initiating mobile wallet transactions.
গ্রাহকরা তাদের কাস্টমার আইডি উল্লেখ করে বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট অথবা সরাসরি ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে ঘরে বসেই বিল পরিশোধ করতে পারবেন। অফিসে নগদ অর্থ জমা দিলে অবশ্যই অফিশিয়াল মানি রিসিট গ্রহণ করুন।
4. Fair Usage Policy (FUP) & Unlimited Bandwidth৪. ফেয়ার ইউজেজ পলিসি ও আনলিমিটেড ব্যান্ডউইথ
All residential internet tiers provide truly unlimited bandwidth without Fair Usage Policy (FUP) speed throttling or data volume caps. Subscribers may download and stream without unexpected speed drops. Bandwidth sharing or commercial reselling across multiple non-subscribing households is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of contract.
ওমেগা নেটওয়ার্কের সকল হোম প্যাকেজে কোনো ফেয়ার ইউজেজ পলিসি (FUP) বা ডেটা লিমিট নেই—এটি সম্পূর্ণ আনলিমিটেড। তবে কোনো গ্রাহক কর্তৃক নিজ লাইন থেকে অন্য বাড়িতে বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে লাইন শেয়ার করা বা পুনঃবিক্রি করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
5. Lawful & Permitted Use৫. আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা ও সাইবার নিরাপত্তা আইন
Subscribers must comply with all directives issued by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) and the Cyber Security Act of Bangladesh. Prohibited activities include hosting illegal gambling portals, transmitting malicious software, conducting DDoS attacks, unauthorized VoIP termination, and disseminating anti-state or defamatory material. Illegal actions will result in immediate termination and reporting to law enforcement.
গ্রাহকদের অবশ্যই বিটিআরসি (BTRC) এর সকল নির্দেশনা এবং বাংলাদেশের সাইবার নিরাপত্তা আইন মেনে চলতে হবে। কোনো প্রকার অবৈধ জুয়া, ম্যালওয়্যার ছড়ানো, অবৈধ ভিওআইপি (VoIP) পরিচালনা বা রাষ্ট্রবিরোধী কার্যকলাপের ক্ষেত্রে তাৎক্ষণিক লাইন বিচ্ছিন্ন করে আইনি ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে।
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime৬. সার্ভিস লেভেল এগ্রিমেন্ট ও আপটাইম নিশ্চয়তা
Omega Network commits to a target monthly network availability of 99.8% across its FTTH core infrastructure. Planned maintenance windows are scheduled during off-peak overnight hours with advance notice published via our website live notice ticker. Unscheduled fiber cuts caused by road construction or municipal works will be restored by emergency field dispatch within standard SLA turnaround times (typically 2–6 hours).

7. Static Public IP Add-on & CCTV Usage৭. স্ট্যাটিক পাবলিক আইপি ও সিসিটিভি ব্যবহার
Subscribers utilizing security cameras, NVR surveillance systems, gaming servers, or remote desktop infrastructure may request a dedicated public static IPv4 address. Static IP assignments are billed at standard monthly add-on tariffs and remain the intellectual property of Omega Network. Users are responsible for the firewall and authentication security of their attached devices.
সিসিটিভি ক্যামেরা, এনভিআর বা নিজস্ব সার্ভার রিমোটলি ব্যবহারের জন্য রিয়েল পাবলিক স্ট্যাটিক আইপি সুবিধা দেওয়া হয়। স্ট্যাটিক আইপির মাসিক চার্জ মূল বিলের সাথে যুক্ত হবে এবং সংযুক্ত ডিভাইসের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করার দায়িত্ব গ্রাহকের।
8. Service Suspension, Termination & Refund Policy৮. সংযোগ সাময়িক স্থগিত, বাতিল ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা
Subscribers intending to relocate or terminate service must notify customer support at least 15 days prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Advance package payments are non-refundable once the calendar month commences. Installation charges cover hardware drop wire and labor and are non-refundable. Temporary service holds (up to 30 days) are permitted upon written request for vacation or travel.
বাসা পরিবর্তন বা সংযোগ বাতিল করতে চাইলে চলতি মাস শেষ হওয়ার অন্তত ১৫ দিন পূর্বে জানাতে হবে। চলতি মাসের অগ্রিম পরিশোধিত প্যাকেজ ফি এবং ওয়্যারিং চার্জ অফেরতযোগ্য। তবে দূরে ভ্রমণের ক্ষেত্রে লিখিত আবেদনের ভিত্তিতে সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ দিন সংযোগ সাময়িক হোল্ডে রাখা যায়।
9. Network Maintenance & Support Dispatch৯. নেটওয়ার্ক রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও ফিল্ড সাপোর্ট
Omega Network provides 24/7 centralized monitoring and physical field support across Chattogram. Field technicians are dispatched during standard operational hours (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) for optical drop repairs, with emergency network backbone teams on call 24/7. Subscribers must ensure technicians have safe, authorized access to building distribution boxes and premises.
আমাদের ২৪/৭ সেন্ট্রাল নেটওয়ার্ক মনিটরিং এবং অন-সাইট ফিল্ড সাপোর্ট চালু রয়েছে। সকাল ৮টা থেকে রাত ১০টা পর্যন্ত নিয়মিত ফিল্ড টেকনিশিয়ান ভিজিট এবং জরুরি ফাইবার কাটের জন্য সার্বক্ষণিক নাইট টিম কাজ করে।

Omega Network reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions in response to new tariffs, technological enhancements, or regulatory mandates issued by BTRC. Updated terms will be posted on this webpage with the revised date. Continued utilization of broadband services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
